Ladd's procedure 基本操作：
1\. 解旋midgut volvulus的扭轉方向
2\. 若有已小腸梗塞壞死可適當切除腸段並作ene-to-end primary anastomosis
3\. 切開Ladd's band（Lateral cecum與腹膜之黏合）
4\. 拓寬小腸腸係膜根部（Mesneteric widening）-> 防止未來再度volvulus機率
5\. 預防性切除闌尾（Incidential appendectomy）-> Malrotation病人cecum並不會固定在右下腹腹膜處，因此若未來appen時不會出現典型periumbilical-> RLQ pain之症狀表現，容易造成診斷困難，因此需預防性切除闌尾。
