0. Large vessel autoimmune vasculitis common in Asian women < 40 years of age. Classic symptoms include aortic claudication, differential blood pressure in both upper extremities, and the absence of palpable pulses (pulseless dis- ease). ESR and CRP are highly elevated. Treat with steroids.
