Renal angiomyolipoma內含脂肪組織，CT下和皮下組織脂肪的enhencement相近。 

A. renal cell carcinoma: 50-70y/o 常見, M;F=2:1

(最常見原發性腎臟惡性腫瘤) CECT(contrast-enhanced CT)

B. renal lymphoma: no age, gender predilection

常見multiple, bilateral的homogeneous, mild enhancement mass

C.renal urothelial carcinoma: >60y/o 常見, M:F=3:1

Most are low grade, superficial, papillary masses within renal collecting system，會involve renal pelvis。

D.renal angiomyolipoma: >40y/o 常見, M:F=1:4

(最常見的腎良性腫瘤)

內含脂肪組織，可以看到在圖中和皮下組織脂肪的enhencement相近。

補充：80% 的 angiomyolipoma 是 idiopathic，20% 可能和 tuberous sclerosis 相關

**關於這幾種mass的鑑別診斷，STATdx放射影像醫學資料庫資料中也說到RCC和angiomyolipoma (AML)，有時候不是很好分辨QQ
